Project Linus

I delved into sewing during the pandemic sewing masks as did millions of others. Recently I learned about Project Linus, the non-profit that provides handmade blankets to children seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. 

So far, I've made two baby-sized quilts and am working on a child-sized one. There are chapters in every major city in the US. I've connected with wonderful older women involved in this endeavor. I'm delighted to help others while exploring a hobby and making new friends!
