Linlithgow Palace

I have always loved this place and visit every few years. The last time was because the fountain had been restored, but I was very happy to see it operational today for the first time. It was originally intended to run it only twice a year to preserve it, but it now operates on Sundays for a couple of months and special occasions. When it was first built it would bring forth wine!
The picture I finally chose does not show the fountain, but hopefully shows what I love about the palace - it is not in prisitine condition but allows you to use your imagination of what it must have looked like when it was.
