Moped

I like these machines, especially since they have started appearing aa EVs as they are ideally suited for the task in our rural area.

Treated as mopeds by law, in some German states from age 15, otherwise 16. No normal vehicle registration,  no road tax, no MoT/TüV, just an annual new numberplate issued by the insurance company & restricted to 45km/h.

I would much rather my child had one of these than a moped. 

PS I hope I'm not annoying people to much with my Blips. Having sessions trying to catch up on 2023 & 2024, but struggling as I lost loads of photos during two phone changes in 2024. Desperately searching everywhere and in the process finding all sorts of ancient photos on sticks, cards & old equipment. Confusing I know - sorry!
