Mocktails

Worked from home this morning then had the afternoon off to catch up on the work for my Japanese assessment coming up. Part of it is to record myself giving a short speech. It’s never nice to watch and listen to yourself talking but doing it badly in a foreign language is even worse! Anyway, I got it done and managed to figure out how to submit it for assessment so that part is done. Just the rest to do now.

In the evening we went out to the Thai restaurant we’d been intending to go to on Saturday for Paul’s birthday. A lovely meal there as always. Not so cold today so not scraping of the car needed before we drove back home.
