Scouse Riviera

The met office said 2°C, the wind chill from the east made it feel a lot colder.
With plenty of layers we had a wonderful couple of hours walking.
Back at the car we had gone full on old fart and taken cheese salad sandwiches & a large flask. We finished the lot watching the sea, cormorants, curlews & dunnocks (amongst others).
It was great. Those oldies might be onto something.
