Poor mom

Mom came back from hospital in a bad shape. The head nurse and direction of the care home were really angry how mom was treathed. She did have bedsores on her buttocks , which were were not wel treahted it was infected with lots of puss. She also had heavy constipation which will be impossible almost to cure.Above all lots of pain . Immediately they started with pain killers and asked us if pain pump( morphine) may be started? we said yes. Mom had also lots of hallucinations. We were really shocked when we heard all those news. The head nurse and direction have send a complain to the hospital.
