Saturday 18th January 2025... parkrunday...

Super early start this morning as the Bush Turkey's  had their Classic round 3 a 1 km race...We arrived at 5:15am to allow everyone time to warm up... Race start 5:45am... It was over in just over 3 minutes... Yes they run fast... I had to then quickly get to Sandgate parkrun which is nearby as I was volunteering... Michael who won the 1 km event earlier, ran the parkrun 5km in just over 16 minutes and claimed token 001, then 582 others crossedthefinishline..
I then went home for a nap for a couple of hours...
