Rosy sky
Dialysis really wore me out yesterday, so I slept in for a bit and then had a long phone conversation with cousin Sharon. We hadn't spoken since she sold her long-term home in California and moved to Cleveland, where one of her daughters and grandson live. She's 88 now, so she's living in a senior facility where she likes her roomy apartment very much and where she's made friends. Her out-of-state children and grandchildren have all come to visit and help her get settled. It's an enormous change for her, but I think she's managing it well. It was really good to catch up; at one time we were very close.
It's very cold but clear here now, as you can see, and due to stay this way for a week or so. So I'll have to bundle up when I head out for dialysis tomorrow, as it's supposed to be 35 degrees at that time. I hope all of you are staying warm in this Arctic air storming across the country.
