For a week when I wasn't going to go out, this was day two on the road.....
The Modern Apprentice (as was) had originally drafted in Boab, but then he in turn got drafted to chum Tracy on BB duty, Ed is off, Jules was otherwise occupied and I'm not sure where P is this week, so I had nowhere to go with it other than to accept with badly disguised good grace.
Drylaw for 11.30 via a double trolley find next to the skate park; that all went well; before a schlep to Magdalene via the West End. More trolleys before the MA (as was) arrived and we stepped into a Lynchian scenario appropriately enough (RIP David) .
That done, I despatched the MA (as was) and set about Helping the Aged in Craigentinny. I managed a brief encounter with the patient (and the equally impatient dog) before returning keys and bolting for home.
By the time the boys arrived in, I'd more or less caught up with the day's paperwork.
A Spartans parents briefing which should see Alex get more game time as the promotion push hots up into the business end of the season.
And finally curry was doled out.
Man, the sky was doing some wonderful things today; the sunset probably edged out the sunrise (see extra)
