Coming Back

I love Falmouth but sometimes living here can be incredibly frustrating.

a) 2014 sees the return of the Tall Ships and the Red Arrows - More shops closing, one of three public toilets closed, extortionate parking charges.

b) Years of dithering over dredging the channel to provide deep water access to cruise ships and larger vessels for repair - Portland announce that they are to open a major ship repair and cruise line facility in 2015 that will be the death knell for Falmouth Docks.

c) The town is dirty, unkempt and scruffy with the Town Council asking residents to spend a day cleaning the town - Council Tax - Expenditure on Kimberley Park - We need to have a rethink on our priorities.
