A second night when I didn’t sleep well. 4 hours sleep, a few hours awake and then back to sleep with dreams. I woke exhausted.

The weather was grey. I had a day of rest, caught up on some sleep and had decided I wasn’t going to bother with a blip.

Then at tea time while I had chicken, carrots and courgette roasting in the oven and potatoes bubbling on the hob, I was standing browsing through recent blips on my phone. Beside my phone was this key ring for the outside store. On the back are the words Lyons Tetley 1995. I’ve moved on to Yorkshire tea now.

Soon after taking the photo I had a recollection of a Tetley tea towel. Searched in my tea towel drawer and found it. I might use that for another EB.
