Bye sun

There it goes again! We had our first double class at kickboxing tonight. We were getting tired of coming in 3 times a week to do classes. So now on a Wednesday we do the intermediate class a half hour break and then the advanced class. I was nervous I wouldn't be competent enough for the advanced but coped well with new techniques as well as the longevity! 

Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.
