Crispy Ginger Chicken

First visit to ‘The Produce Hall’ in Stockport yesterday to celebrate a friends birthday. It wasn’t easy to get a table, but being busy is always a good sign!

So many delicious sounding options but settled on Pad Thai from Kambuja Cambodian Kitchen then spotted ‘crispy ginger chicken’ when I went up to order and changed my mind last minute.

It was so tasty! Fresh, testing flavours, a little spicy, loads of ginger. Would happily have again any day.
