I hope it tastes better than it looks!

I'm not the best at cooking as my husband might tell you but I do try! So after a another hot and tiring day at work I thought I would try a recipe out of one of my many cookery books after Neil moaned that he hadn't had a proper tea for 2 days (a bacon and mushroom sandwich is not tea apparently).

So after preparing my chicken, chorizo and chickpea stew I have to say I'm not looking forward to eating it as it looks like I have put too many tomatoes in it? I'm hoping that when Ne has returned from his bike ride he's that hungry he won't care what it tastes like! Knowing how honest my husband is, he will eat the lot then tell me he wasn't keen on it.....
