Postponed departure ..

I'd originally planned to head to London today, but for one reason or another changed my plans and will go down tomorrow.

As my sister was here to care for mum, I decided to do what I'd really love to do more often, and go out really early to see what the world gets up to first thing in the morning ..

I didn't get up *quite* as early as intended, but got to Sunk Island at about 6 am .. this was the lovely sunrise ..

I didn't see an awful lot of early morning differences except for seeing five egrets roosting in a tree - never seen that before!
