Flower Friday

I was thinking I didn’t have many flowers in the garden but that isn’t true. Here are some crepe myrtle, roses and agapanthus making it all look pretty. 

We went to Orange to visit the surgeon this morning for a checkup. Next visit is 6 months. He is happy with my progress. The cousins came in after lunch (for lunch, they had requested salmon sandwiches) and now the girls have gone upstairs to make a teenage retreat and the boys have disappeared on the bikes. 

Today is 1 year since I had my knee replacement. It is still quite swollen and that makes it uncomfortable. The joint itself doesn’t hurt. My hip is playing up and I have a GP appointment on Monday to sort out what is wrong so I can treat it. My cough is improving - 5 weeks now. Hopefully I will have a healthier year.
