Pattern for AT

I didn’t have a blip for today, so I checked the challenge for abstract Thursday for an idea. His is my latest crochet project which I haven’t touched in a long time. It is a multi exposure to make it more abstract. 
My brother took mom today to see the orthopedist for a follow up. She is healing well.
The PT yesterday gave her some homework. Every hour she is to stand up and sit down three times and walk the length of the house with the walker. I asked dad if she did them and he retold me she got up a couple of times to walk but that was it. She has been sitting and playing on her iPad. My sister was goin there today. I told her to set up Alex with hourly reminders to do her exercise.
