Low tide

I took this photo yesterday - today I have spent a lot of time at the hairdresser, and a photo of me with hair dye and foil all over my head is definitely not a pretty sight!! 
The tide was coming in when we were at Castle Espie yesterday, there were lots of oyster-catchers, redshank, mallard...... and some eider ducks. I love to see and hear the eider ducks.
