Bishop Hill and West Lomond

A lovely sunny day. A bit fresher. As it is dry, the towels are hung outside in the hope of drying before the sun sets. A nice walk at lunchtime. Feels quite nice in the sunshine. Not hats and gloves required. The views across to Fife are quite clear, just a hint of haze.

After work we walk down to Braidburn Valley Park. A lot brighter then Monday's walk. We can see the stream, but unfortunately no dippers. On the way back the stars are starting to appear. To the south the evening star, Venus. A bit lower down, Jupiter is also shining brightly. And on the horizon to the east, a bright orange glow from the planet Mars. All seen with the naked eye in the local park.
