It's Abstract Thursday!

Today's optional theme, set by our regular host Ingeborg, is 'Patterns'.   There is a pattern within this image, a photo of our winter tablecloth with snowflakes.  I have done quite a lot to it since with colour changes and the forest theme  in the double exposure filter in PS Elements: using the forest theme means that I can hardly take credit for the final image but I quite like it.
In other news: I had lunch and a catch up with my friend C while Mr MC waited for the Virgin Media engineer, who turned out to be excellent which is a relief after two days with no Tivo box (it stopped working on Monday) and then a failed attempt on our part to install the three generations on box delivered yesterday.
