Free library

Another dull but dry day.  A tad chilly too.  Yesterday I wore a lighter coat as it was mild outside but today temperatures were lower and warmer coat was required.

Spotted anotherv free library on our dog walk.  That's four within 20 minutes walk in the neighbourhood.

Made a khoresh, a Persian sauce with chopped onion, celery, spinach, dill, parsley and garlic, turmeric, saffron and beans.  The recipe calls for dried limes which I don't have so used grated lemon zest and juice.  Persians add meat but being vegetarian I omit that.  Ate it with brown rice.  Some left for tomorrow's dinner.

Otherwise an uneventful day.
