A largely sleepless night so I skipped Zumba this morning and saved myself for walking this afternoon. My sciatica or whatever it is causing problems is grumbling loudly so I’m being careful to keep moving without over doing things. A very pleasant hours walk in Berwick this afternoon, in sunshine which was a bonus. After a cuppa and cake I headed to the hairdresser for a quick trim. I’ve another box of chattels to sort through this evening, I think it contains certificates and such from the kids school days so fear most of it will be kept! Did see some flat lidded storage boxes in the Homebase closing down sale so may pop in tomorrow and pick one for each kid and start organising their stuff individually.
