Recent purchases

Shopping on-line for plants seems odd to me, although S is very comfortable doing so. This photo shows the latest (plus another -in the green pot- in the same place to have shade).

First to arrive was the tallest; Brugmancia. It arrived with the top broken. Apparently, that has not significantly harmed the plant. AND, the broken bit can become a separate plant, and it is currently resting in water.

The second arrival was a pair of Dichroa. They have little clumps of little florets, and I am told that they are related to hydrangeas. 

My job is to plant them when the appropriate place is decided.
