Parthenon

We visited this Zihua landmark as it was slowly begin reclaimed by the elements back in 2013. Back then, you paid a "caretaker" to let you onto the property for a look around. A dozen years, and much labor, later it has been transformed into a new tourist attraction overlooking Zihua Bay. Now you pay a legitimate entrance fee, to the local government, for access to this restored building complete with a café and bathrooms. Our former hometown has changed so much.
