Neighbourhood Watch?

I was feeling a little more peppy this morning so rushed out to get some errands done before my plans were sabotaged by the need to nap. 

Whew! I managed to pick up life's essentials - cat food, allergy medicine and a library book. The rest can wait until tomorrow...

While making my rounds, I could not resist stopping to get a blip of our local signage. It seems that we are a most welcoming neighbourhood and do all we can to make it a safe one for everyone......absolutely everyone...except maybe for outdoor cats....? of which we have one... a lovely black one - whom I have not seen for quite a while....?
