Bees and Broccoli

Some of the broccoli is going to flower, but not to waste: the bees were very happy to be out in the sunshine gathering food.
I spent a couple hours at Urgent Care this morning, having been pretty frightened by a terrible thick choking cough when I woke up. I tested negative for the big 3: Covid, flu and RSV, and my lungs are clear, all good news of course. I left there with a prescription for a cough suppressant, and a suggestion to run a humidifier at night and to drink plenty of water. And I was fine for the rest of the day, for no apparent reason, except that it was a beautiful sunny day and I had a nice long visit with my grandson.  Now that it’s evening, I can feel the dryness of the cough coming back, so we’ll see what’s next.
