Nice Day for a Drive

Just a pity I couldn’t just stop right here for the day.

I left Tywyn just after 1pm, pausing briefly at the lake ten miles up the valley.  Ruth was almost ready when I arrived but the last minute jobs gave me a little time to lie down while she finished them off.  We should arrive in Pinner around 10pm, currently on a break at Oxford services.  

If anyone wonders why I choose to live so far off the beaten track, the above view is a clue :-)

Edit: Just been notified that this is Blip number 4,500.  I never thought when I started, back in 2011, that it would run this far.  Thanks to all the wonderful people who make this community the special place it is, you are why I am still here!   Onwards and upwards :-)
