Goldcrest

Had a leisurely get up. We'd recorded the NFL game from the early hours of the morning. Sadly the Steelers did not make it through to the next stage.  
Went for a walk up to Sonning before lunch. The nature reserve was still flooded and very icy.  
One the way back,  along the edge of a busy road, I spotted a round goldcrest flitting in the tree. This was the best photo I got before we had to make way for a group of walkers coming in the opposite direction. Beautiful little birds.
