Wide Wednesday: Nature

After we’d dropped Sophie at school we had our first walk at Burnham of the new year.

It was a very misty morning, especially on the low ground of The Levels, as the photo taken in the park at the start of our walk shows.

At lunchtime I had an appointment with an NHS physiotherapist at our local cottage hospital to have a look at my shoulder. I actually got two physios for the price of one, a trainee on his final placement and his mentor. They were both very thorough and professional, confirming that it is a degenerative rotator cuff problem and giving me more exercises to do. They reckon in time it will get back to normal.
