Greenfinch and glow

I was pleased to see a greenfinch in the garden today, they don’t seem to have been around for a while. I chose this photo also for the background which reminds me of an impressionist painting. I took the photo around 3pm, our garden is in shade for most of the day at this time of the year but the sun was shining on the street and houses behind creating a lovely warm, colourful background. I hope you can see the greenfinch!
