Bread Arising. Lumix M4/3 14mm

A variation on a successful recipe, adapted for Gluten Free Keto bread.  This one is a 50/50 mix of GF rice flour and almond meal.  It tastes pretty good, and certainly rises up in the oven, but it may need another egg to make it stick together better...  The challenge continues.
