An alternative English breakfast?

Being Wednesday, Emma was home for lunch, while Rémy was taking part in a badminton competition down in Etampes.
So I decided to try and do something slightly different for lunch, using in part our new airfryer.
So served up on our plates...

In the airfryer:

- Jacket Potato with melted Tomme de Savoie cheese on top
- Crispy bacon.

With...
Scrambled egg with chives on toast.
Smashed avacado with seasoning on toast.

It was all lush...
