Birch trees against the blue blue sky……..

……..on my way to the hospital for my 2nd Exercise class in the gym, for the hip people! I took the photo from where I parked in the access road. The car park itself was full.
It felt like spring. The temperature was 9C first thing!
For the first time I didn’t wear my big red winter coat.
Put through our paces once more, and afterwards advised not to do much more exercise today. I don’t think I needed to be reminded!
I went up the garden after lunch to sit in the warm summerhouse into which the sun was streaming, with a mug of tea and a little bun. Stephen had been baking!
After catching up a bit on Blip I had 40 winks!

The first two were really good, ( in my opinion). Not everyone likes a programme about forensics,
Monday evening’s University Challenge left us stunned by Wadham College Oxford’s trouncing at the hands of Imperial College Oxford, by 345 to the latter and Wadham only just scraping together 25. Even then during the game they were in minus point at times,
I have never seen anything like it in the years we have been watching it.
I felt sorry for them!
Well it will soon be teatime, after a beautiful blue skied sunny day.
