Marrakesh Express

This insect (Monochamus Sutor, I think) landed on my lap when I was reading a detective novel in my hammock. I had covered my legs with a blue cloth (souvenir from Greece) as you can see. It was also quite large, the body itself about 2 inches long.

The title track just came to mind when it made a hasty getaway by flying after I had taken some shots of it.

Again had many blips to choose from, but chose this as it more or less encouraged me to take its photo by landing in my lap when I had the camera beside me.
