2nd day in Australia. Had a good sleep and helped Dad out with things he needed done and visited Mum. Had lunch at Hills BBQ.

Had my usual, pictured above. It’s a hot day but so refreshingly pleasant compared to summer in Japan. The air is so beautifully sweet and relaxing. The food at the restaurant has always maintained a standard and although it’s not the best in Melbourne, it is for me. I have many memories and the food hasn’t changed. What has changed is the wider scope of people coming to the restaurant and Box Hill. I’m really happy to see families of all backgrounds coming to enjoy Chinese food. They know what they want and they enjoy it. It’s really nice to see how things have changed for the better.
