Spoke to DK in Australia first thing this morning and then walked to Melton Road to have my hearing aids checked. As usual the narrow tube behind the tip (which I can’t access) needed replacing as it contained some wax. That should never happen apparently!
Went from there to the co-op and Boots , and then saw this sign which signalled a short cut from the far end of the Avenue to my house. I have lived here for nearly 4 years and not really noticed it before!
Had lunch and then finished the patchwork cushion cover that I’ve been making for ages. It will be sold in the Canal Centre shop. Popped round to Ji’s for a tutorial on recovering and playing back tv shows on Virgin. Dad’s doesn’t seem to be working properly .
Got back home for 5ish and tidied up etc until R from the Lighting shop arrived with my new kitchen lights. All ready for the electrician next week!
