King Parrots

The last abysmal photo of King Paarots taken on my phone is the reason I got the big camera out again. It only took a few days to catch them having a drink. It seems to be a group of chicks with their parents as we can hear them being coached in the trees around the house all day.
A big day of meetings at work today, some more productive than others. I was glad to get home before a line of storms hit. Hail was predicted but we haven’t seen any yet, just wind, lightning and lashings of rain. We’ll check the rain gauge in the morning.
