Coogee 6:02PM

It was seven minutes until the next 370 so I wandered down onto the beach hoping for a decent breaker, with no luck. It’s back to Coogee tomorrow, for lunch with K and one of his former colleagues, not at my usual haunt Ms Dumplings (mini prawn wonton soup $13.80) but a fancy restaurant overlooking the beach. I’ll be very disappointed if the former state premier who recently bought a penthouse next door isn’t at a nearby table.
