Princess Carys

Gosh it is hot today, 33 degrees on the car thermometer, normally don't mind the heat, but today even I am struggling. The kids have reacted by being angsty. Not while we were out but at home before and after they have done nothing but niggle.

Today has consisted of hama beads, swimming (W had a lesson, Carys swam lengths and lengths. She definitely swam 100m without stopping so hopefully she'll get the opportunity to do that badge soon, but I am not holding my breath!), lunch, library, trampolining (Mummy ran round town doing lots of jobs sans kids) and then home for tea and an ice lolly. I really hope they sleep tonight but the monitor is registering 29 on the landing upstairs so I don't hold out too much hope.
