Regardless of intent, the 'I require' today did not land well.

I require more respect, a more equal share of the load, kindness, empathy and cake.

It's amazing what some time in nature and some crafting can do. My commute to the office is short, my commute to my home office is shorter.  I watched an episode of panorama about Chinese tomatoes being passed off as being from Italy.   Food labelling is a minefield  even when trying to make better choices.
