Notes: Chilly day again but mostly sunny - did see a dolphin swim by tho only caught a brief glimpse of the fin on camera (right upper side of middle window). On the computer quite a bit, did work for A Call to Spirit and updated more of my new Facebook group. Made a basic chicken salad early afternoon (only roast chicken pieces mixed w/ mashed boiled egg and some grated raw cheddar - pretty good tho. Put some it on one of the carnivore bread pieces, had some cottage cheese and a piece of bacon on the side. Relaxed for a bit and then jumped on Zoom w/ Michelle D to catch up and strategize before she leaves for 4-5 days to drive to her aunt's funeral. Finished ~445p. Watched some mindless tv and later talked to Jo on Signal for awhile while another beautiful sunset melted thru the sky - never get tired of this view! To bed early again.
