Skew Whiff

Built for Augustine Steward, three times mayor of Norwich between 1540 and 1556, this house in the Tombland district was also headquarters to the royal forces that crushed Kett’s Rebellion in 1549.
Preservation work was carried out between 1992 and 1995.
