Morning run

'Works hard, plays hard' is an epithet that I find myself using quite often when I'm talking to people about Izzy. After a twenty-four hour journey from Kyiv to Manchester, and a full-on evening, she was insistent that she wanted to go for a run, this morning. 

So at about half-eight, I jogged down to Hannah's and then the three of us ran out 'round the wetlands, which was looking BEAUTIFUL. And then we ran back to The Old Fire Station for a well-earned breakfast.
