how to pay 100% council tax increase for the garden.
it's insane.
the total for this year will be c. £13,000 +
i knew this was coming since 2 Jags had it in for us many years ago - but no one would believe me.

being disabled, am looking for online work.  if any one knows how i could find such employment i would be grateful for any contacts.
