HEY! KEEP YOUR TAIL FEATHERS OUTTA MY TERRITORY
White-headed Buffalo Weaver (Dinemellia dinemelli); native to East Africa, specifically Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan,Tanzania, and Uganda. It prefers habitats such as savanna, and shrublands, but especially dry brush and acacia thickets.....but this one lives in the zoo in Milwaukee.

The buffalo part of its name derives from its habit of following the African buffalo, feeding on disturbed insects. Two subspecies are recognized. Breeding pairs are monogamous and nests are built together. The breeding season is related to rainfall and varies according to local conditions. Nest materials are pushed together, not interwoven, to form an oval.....which calls to question its name as a "weaver."

The photo shows the bird clearly vocalizing......"singing." Singing is an anthropomorphic response to what sounds to humans like singing. In fact, it's typically the males of most species of song birds that do the singing and, really, what they're doing is declaring their territory and "advising" other members of the species to keep away or there will be trouble! Basically, it's bitching at the neighbors.
