Today's Project.

Although it wasn't my intention (costs!) I've adapted a lot of up cycled, and Ikea items for the house. I must say I've enjoyed coming up with sprucing and repurposing ideas.

This little project. has been waiting in the wings for a while. I wanted a wood top for this Kallax unit in the family room. Had a quote from a Carpenter .... £350 ! Found a piece of wood in B&Q, £45 + a length of beading to give a lip £5. A white paint wash, and voila! Job done.

When top tuff coat goes on, apparently it needs reciting once a year - Hence my reminder on here for next year.
