Beach run

Early start today to get to Gullane for an 8am run with the club. J took Kilda for a run / walk on the beach and it seemed she had a great time. I took Darwin for a 10K run along the beach and dune tops, he was upset that he didn’t get to have a run in the sea but seemed to enjoy himself anyway. J went for a dip with her hooping friends while I managed to get the ironing done. She booked the ferry for our holiday to Harris and Lewis later in the year while I cooked another curry. Quiet night in after that.
