Air fryer

Another air fryer meal.

Tofu marinated, dusted in cornflour and cooked in the air fryer.

The marinade consisted of white miso paste, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, soya sauce, garlic and ginger, a squeeze of honey and a touch of hot water to loosen it all.
