NoGo

Through the Desert.  A game that dates from the earlier days of the boardgame revival - 1998 - but still holds it's distinctiveness and playability.  

It's a little bit like the classic abstract game Go, where you are trying to capture areas by surrounding them with your camels, amongst other point-scoring mechanisms.
