Making the most of a warm sunny day this ‘sunny’ flower is one of many growing along this fence line. 

We visited a rural area of Riwaka this afternoon to purchase fresh fruit from a local grower - two varieties of apples and a freshly picked watermelon came home with us.

Within 2-3 weeks field tomatoes and rockmelons will be ripe and available for purchase on the stall. I use the tomatoes to make a Mexican pickle/sauce which we love.
